Thanksgiving is right around the corner (my favorite holiday!)
I have so many things I am thankful for; my family, my freedom, my health. But, one of the things that I am most thankful for is being able to crochet. Not only has crochet supported me and my family for 30 years, it has brought me joy everyday. Honestly, I would crochet everyday even if I never made a dime from it.
But, it is Friday, so how about a contest? I will give one person their choice of any PDF pattern on my site, bellacrochet.com.
I will select the winner at random, and send out the patterns in the morning (Saturday.) I will post the name of the winner here, so be sure to check back in the morning to see if you won. If I do not hear back from the winner within 7 days, I will select a new winner. Failure to contact me will result in the forfeiture of all prizes.
Also, if you post anonymously, please be sure I have a way to identify you (at least give your first name or a nick name in your comment; I have no way of knowing who is posting.)
To enter, just leave a comment answering this question:
Are you crocheting any Thanksgiving themed items this year? Or have you in the past?
This contest is now closed. Please stop by again soon!

Yes, I crocheted four of your adorable owls to use as name places at our Thanksgiving dinner table. They turned out GREAT! I love your patterns; they are so easy to follow, and clearly written. You are gifted! If I get time, I want to crochet little autumn leaves for napkin rings, too.
Good luck to all of us who are entering the contest! And I know just which pattern I will select. :)
I have made a turkey to hang in a door wreath. It seems I am pretty busy the month of November and don't get done with much for ME. :-) I am grateful for being busy though. Thanks for the chance Ann.
I also love to relax while crocheting. It is my down time. I have crocheted colorful turkey magnets for my fridgie. Love them! I know exactly which pattern I would love to select for Christmas. Here's hoping! Thank you! Karen K.
I am so busy still working on Christmas gifts, just finished one small blanket for my Grand daughter, now to finish her brothers dragon wearing blanket, more doll clothes..... but after Christmas I will love to start right in on next year, as I do every year lol. ty for a chance

I have been Crocheting for many years as well for a few years there I couldn't even afford Yarn or thread. I saved my needle that I had when I was a teenager and have made many things for my family and Friends. I Crochet and donate Hats to the NICU for the Hospital and for people I know needs a hat or scarf. I'm grateful for my Family, they are everything to me. I'm most grateful to be able to still Crochet as I feel Arthritis forming in my hands and I fear one day I won't be able to do that anymore like my 81 year old Mother who cries because she cannot do the beautiful Crochet and Embroidery she once did. So I have many gifts to be Thankful for. Thank You and God Bless

yes I will be crochet doily's for Thanksgiving. I Love all crochet it helps me to relax.*
I'd like to make some turkey coasters this year. A few years ago I made my son a turkey amigurumi. He still plays with it from time to time.
I've never made crochet decorations for Thanksgiving, but I plan to make some this year. I want to make some pumpkins and maybe a Turkey if I have time.
Over the years I've made several decorations for Thanksgiving. Right now I covet your Thanksgiving Angel. If I don't win it I'll purchase the pattern. I win either way! Blessings,
Sherri

I have made some turkey and pumpkin potholders for Thanksgiving. I would like to make a Thanksgiving doily someday. There are just not enough hours of crochet time to make everything that I would like to do. Sending Thanksgiving blessings to you and your family. Susan N.
I'm mostly working on Christmas things, but have made a few Thanksgiving hotpads and dishcloths.
I have never crocheted any Thanksgiving themed items because in my country we do not celebrate it.
Same here, we donot have thanks giving day - we always remember what others did for use and behave respectfully with them.
