New Designs

I know I have been pretty bad about posting lately, I am so sorry and will try to do better in the future. But, on the bright side, I have been crocheting!
Here is the infamous ruffled doily, all finished and nicely starched. And here is another doily that will go in the Ripples, Ruffles and Roses set. Here is the Angel of Love with her hair. But I still need to add beads to the doves for eyes. And here is the gift doily that will come with the Angel of Love (this has not been blocked yet)
And no, this is not a pin cushion (although it could be!) This is the first of a new series I am doing called Tea Cup Bouquets. This is the Springtime Bouquet. There will be others in this series for different seasons and holidays.
Each will be an arrangement of crocheted flowers in a tea cup, with a matching doily (I haven't made the doily for this one yet). I think it will look much better after it is assembled and the pins removed.
I am also working on a couple of yarn projects that I have not photographed yet.
And best of all, I have been working on a really big project, that I hope to announce in the next couple of weeks. It is not exactly a design, but it is something I have dreamed of for a long time. I will let you know more about it soon!

Oh, dear! those ruffles...
The heart doily is lovely, and so are the tea-cup bouqets.

Thank you, Ana Louisa. I decided that if I was going to make a ruffled doily, I would go all out and make the most ruffley doily I possibly could. It was time consuming, but not hard at all. I love how it turned out; it makes me think of tutu's and carnations and old fashioned cabbage roses!

Hi Ann,
As always you impress! Can't wait to see what you do with the teacup bouquets. Waiting anxiously for your latest "Ladies" doily. I have just recently purchased a Cro tat hook and hope to learn how to do that as well. TTFN

Thank you, Jona! I value your opinion of my new designs.

I am afraid I do not have the resources to offer graphs of my designs, Eliza. I have thought of offering Spanish or Portuguese translations of my patterns in the future. Thank you so much for your kind words!
